Use these details when reporting an issue with an existing Bletchley Networks service.

Business hours

Between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, call 0191 524 2000.

What to include in a fault email

Please include as much information as possible, including:

  • Your circuit ID, if known.
  • The affected site address.
  • Site contact details and access arrangements.
  • The symptoms of the fault.

The mailbox is monitored 24/7 and faults will be responded to and resolved in accordance with your service level agreement.
